CONSTANTIN, Willi * 22.06.1927 Karlsruhe
Willi Constantin is a german composer, who started to play guitar at an age of 50. After he learned to read and play music he took part at several courses at the association of the german pick musicians; In 1987 he finished a degree as conductor and started to compose for small and large orchestras. Even if he is mainly an autodidact he still believes that music herself is more important than a profound musical education.
You can get an impression of his music on this site and contact him personally if you want.
Notes of the composer: "I am satisfied with my compositions. Three pieces were already played openly. I would feel very pleased if more performances could follow. For this there is need to take courage for new pieces. Everything is possible with an accurate interpretation. The scores for the first production can be delivered withouth costs at any time on enquiry.
